At Indiacart24x7, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping charges, delivery timelines and other important information related to your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we require some time to process and prepare your order for dispatch.
Standard Orders
Standard orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within:

Processing includes order verification, product preparation, quality checking, packing and handover to the shipping carrier.
AOP Orders
For AOP (All-Over Print) orders, additional production and preparation time is required.
AOP orders are generally processed within:
4–5 working days
The shipping delivery period begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are based on the shipment weight.
For deliveries across India:

Shipping charges may increase based on the total shipment weight.
The applicable shipping charge will be calculated based on the shipping method and shipment weight applicable to your order.
3. Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

4–8 days
These delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please note: Order processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.
For example, a standard order may require 2–3 working days for processing, followed by approximately 3–5 days by Air or 4–8 days by Surface after dispatch.
4. Delivery Across India
We provide shipping services across India.
Delivery availability and timelines may vary depending on the destination, including remote or difficult-to-service locations.
Certain locations may experience additional delivery time due to courier availability, weather, local restrictions or other operational factors.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details associated with your order.
You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
6. Shipping Delays
The delivery timelines mentioned above are estimated and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Courier delays
- Transportation disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Remote or difficult-to-service locations
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If your shipment is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you and provide available tracking information.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
- Full name
- House/flat number
- Street/locality
- City
- State
- PIN code
- Valid phone number
Indiacart24x7 will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
8. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect/incomplete, the customer refuses the shipment, or the courier is unable to complete delivery, the shipment may be returned to the sender or handled according to the courier's procedures.
If the package is returned to us due to an issue caused by incorrect customer information or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, where applicable.
9. Shipment Damage
Please inspect your package when you receive it.
If the package appears severely damaged or the product inside is damaged, please take clear photographs and record an unboxing video before or while opening the package.
If the product is damaged, defective or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

10. Shipping and Product Issues
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A misprinted product
- An incorrect product
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You may be required to provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the issue so that our team can verify the claim.

11. Shipping Charges and Returns
Shipping charges are calculated according to the applicable shipment weight and shipping method.
Any return, replacement or refund will be handled according to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
Please note that shipping charges may not be refundable in situations that are not covered under our return/refund policy.
12. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
